Aromatherapy Candles Information
How are The Good Mantra Co. Candles made?
All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. We use soy wax with phthalate-free essential and fragrance oil , cotton wicks and come in reusable tin vessels with wooden engraved lids.
Why am I unable to smell my candle? What could be causing this issue?
For optimal fragrance development, it's important to achieve a full melt pool when burning your essential oil candle. If you notice that the wax isn't melting completely across the surface after burning for a while, try trimming the wick slightly shorter and allowing the candle to burn for a longer period.
Additionally, consider the size of your candle relative to the room. If you're in a larger space, an 8 oz candle might not provide enough fragrance coverage. You may want to use a larger candle size or consider using multiple candles strategically placed around the room.

NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED!
Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or going to sleep.
NEVER use a candle as a night light.
KEEP burning candles away from children and pets.
DO NOT place near flammable objects such as curtains, walls, bedding, papers, etc.
KEEP candle free of wick trimmings or other foreign matter that could be a fire hazard.
Make sure the candle is placed on a stable, heat resistant level surface.
Avoid burning in drafts such as open windows, ceiling fans and air currents. Extinguish if flame becomes too high or if flickering repeatedly.
Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times to avoid carbon build up. Allow candle to cool before trimming wick or relighting.
Never extinguish candles with water. The water can cause the hot wax to splatter.

Space Cleansing Spray Information
How are The Good Mantra Co Space Cleansing Sprays made?
All of our Space Cleansing Sprays are hand-poured in small batches. With phthalate-free essential and fragrance oil. Each comes in a matte black reusable spray bottle.
Why am I unable to smell my Space Cleansing Spray? What could be causing this issue?
If you're having trouble smelling your space cleansing spray, try shaking the bottle gently before each use to blend the essential oils, as they may have settled. Additionally, consider the size of the room and the level of ventilation. Larger rooms may need more spray , and ensuring good air circulation can help distribute the scent more effectively.
Be mindful of how you store your space cleansing spray. Always in a cool, dark place to preserve its potency and effectiveness.

HIGHLY FLAMMABLE. EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
Do not ingest. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Drink a glass of water or milk.
DO NOT spray on a naked flame or any incandescent material.
KEEP AWAY from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces.
KEEP OUT of reach of children and pets.
Contact with product may cause eye or skin irritation. If eye contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin contact occurs, rise with water.
DO NOT dispose in drain or soil. Store room sprays in a cool, dry place to retain the scent and its effectiveness. If stored correctly, room sprays should last longer than 12 months.
DIRECTIONS: Spray 2-3 pumps throughout the immediate space and refresh as needed.
For best results, spray close to linen fabrics approximately 10 inches away for longer-lasting fragrance.
The aroma can last up to several hours.

Smudge Wax Melts Information
How are The Good Mantra Co Smudge Melts made?
All of our Smudge Melts are hand-poured in small batches. We use soy wax with phthalate-free essential and fragrance oil and ethically source Palo Santo Sand.
Why am I unable to smell my Smudge Melts? What could be causing this issue?
To get the most fragrance out your smudge melts, it's crucial to use a suitable wax melter or warmer designed specifically for this purpose. Tea light warmers may not achieve the necessary temperature for effective wax melting.
When using smudge melts, ensure they fully melt and form a complete melt pool in the warmer.
This allows the fragrance to fully develop and permeate the room with scent.
Adjust the quantity of wax melts based on the size of your melter and desired fragrance strength, avoiding overcrowding to promote even melting.
Consider the size of the room when using wax melts; larger spaces may require multiple warmers or more melts to adequately scent the area.
Allow some time for the melted wax to release its fragrance into the room after melting.

My order came damaged, what do I do?
We take great pride in ensuring that your items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and packaged with the utmost care and quality.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please take photos on the same day of delivery and send them to us promptly. Unfortunately, we're unable to honor claims for damaged packaging beyond the day indicated by the delivery company's tracking information.

My Package Is Missing
If your package has been marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, we would be happy to start an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier can confirm the package was misdelivered, we will issue a replacement order or gift card. If the carrier's findings show the package was delivered to the correct address, a police report may need to be filed.

Can I refuse delivery
You can refuse to accept your package at the time of delivery. However, if you refuse delivery of your order, we will issue a refund for the subtotal of your order minus a $7.99 return shipping & handling fee per package that is refused.
Canceling An Order
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. We strive to process orders quickly and efficiently, making it challenging to modify them once they are placed.
I Put The wrong Address
Address issues are time-sensitive. Unfortunately, we have a limited window for updating shipping information on orders. However, if the order has already started processing and it's too late to change the address internally, we may still be able to help you by contacting UPS on your behalf and request an address change. Please keep in mind UPS charges to change addresses. UPS will charge a $10 address change fee. Failure to pay the invoice promptly can result in the package being delivered to the wrong address.
